Rims
Due to the enormous forces that are exerted when driving, turning and doing big jumps, the design of the rim and the materials used are extremely important. The flexibility and strength required allow Louise RC rims to withstand these great forces.
Louise RC rims are made from a blend of high quality nylon aggregates, either loaded with fibers or without fibers. These blends have been specially developed by Dupont for Louise RC rims.

Tire inserts
The tires are fitted either with special preformed foam inserts or with custom cut foam inserts. The inserts are selected according to a specific density and size in order to guarantee perfect cushioning and stability of the tire shape.

Mounted – Glued
In the presence of extreme forces, the tire must be firmly glued to the rim. Louise RC takes the greatest care to glue the tires correctly. For years Louise RC has sought to find the best way to glue tires well, but also to glue them cleanly. Today Louise RC is considered one of the best in the RC industry. The tires are glued with a special cyanoacrylate rubber adhesive. This glue was specially developed for Louise RC to ensure a perfect and firm bond to withstand all extreme forces.

The following steps are carried out in production at Louise RC in order to obtain a perfect adhesion;
o The segments of the tire to be glued are lightly sanded and degreased.
o The surface of the rim where the tire will be stuck is grinded and degreased.
o The tire is glued to the rim with cyanoacrylate glue using a special dosing machine. Thus, the amount of glue applied is always uniform.
o The bonded tire is compressed for a fixed time to ensure perfect bonding and vulcanization.
o Each tire is subjected to a rotation and traction test to ensure perfect adhesion.
